360 Virtual Tour at Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) featuring highly produced 360 degree images with posed students. We have created an Aerial 360 photo as the opening image for the virtual tour which shows an overview of the campus. Using posed students we are able to show a vibrant campus life at the university. We have also digitally removed various “2020” measures such as floor tape. There are custom hover hot spots which show either a video, text or a web link on hover.

Posed Talent

We are always looking for ways to take our 360 work to the next level. We look at every 360 that is to be created in a project and ask “what can we do to make this 360 unique”. We have created thousands of 360 photos and we are constantly challenging ourselves wherever we can.

Adding posed talent to the shots allows us to create life frozen in time. It allows us to add purpose to the space and it creates a compelling 360 degree image for the viewer to explore. By adding people to the 360 degree panoramas it allows us to tell a story to the viewer and it compels them to look at every inch of the 360 to see what people are doing within the image.

We use specialised lighting techniques in some of our 360 photos which allows us to illuminate the subject in a very natural way. We are primarily photographers so we use standard commercial photography lighting and editing techniques to make each 360 degree photo within the virtual tour look as realistic and as clean as possible.

Removal of 2020 Tape

At the start of 2020 many businesses were required to put red tape on furniture and on the ground. We have a very talented retoucher who can digitally remove any and all of these measures. Just because we have these measures in place now does not mean we need to see it in the final images. No matter how extensive the measures they can all be digitally removed in post production.

Education and University Virtual Tours

The main goal of this project was to create one of the best 360 Virtual Tours ever created for a University in Singapore. University virtual tours are an amazing way to show the campus lifestyle and facilities potential students, families and corporate investors in a cutting edge and compelling way.
